Tailgate Party - 2016 MIFBC Auction

We are excited to welcome you to the 2016 MIFBC Auction supporting High School and Junior football on Mercer Island.  It's going to be a tailgate party to remember, so don't be left on the sidelines!  It is critical for us to come together as a community to rally for the youth of Mercer Island Football. 

There is significant value to the unique experiences and lessons that football provides. Football helps instill the character and values that are so important to the development of young men and women. Many lessons of teamwork, dedication, perseverance, toughness, compassion, and acceptance can be learned through football. 

The landscape of football is rapidly changing with the increased emphasis on safety.  The constant development of safer equipment and teaching methods forces us to stay ahead so the kids don't get left on the sideline.  It is our objective to provide funding and resources to Mercer Island Football so they may continue to develop a first class program where safety, teamwork, and sportsmanship are at the forefront.

We have an exciting evening planned for the football community.  We start the evening with a appetizers, and cocktails. We follow that with a buffet dinner catered by Seattle icon Chef Josh Henderson and his Skillet Street Food.  The main event of the evening is our live auction featuring Mercer Island resident and junior football parent Aaron Kornblum as our auctioneer!  The live auction showcases luxurious vacations, fabulous parties, amazing dinners, unique sports memorabilia, and once in a lifetime experiences.  It will be a night to remember that you will not want to miss!
